Vanilla Custard Recipe
Two envelopes of 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
1 3/4 cup Light cream
Brandy (optional)
Pinch of fresh grated nutmeg
In a large bowl, combine pudding and light cream.
Beat at high speed until combined.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Add brandy to taste and blend well.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serve with fresh strawberries.
